He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nell Biddy Kinley and Walter Kinley; his wife Cathy Stroup Kinley; his brother John Kinley; his mother-in-law Joyce Stroup; his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Stroup and Charlotte Kinley; and his nieces and nephews, Alex, Will, Sarah and Catherine Kinley.
