He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Mattox (Tom); his siblings, Beryl Otto, Margaret Smith, Pat Frase and Phyllis Boston; his grandchildren, Tiffany Smith (Charlie), Travis Taylor (Rebekah), Johnny Mattox, Tommy Mattox and Taylor Eager (Jon); and his great grandchildren, Cadence, McKenzie, Chase, Tommy, Kipton, Conleigh, Hudson and Jaylin.
