He is survived by: his daughters, Mikita Wardrick of Louisburg, NC and Annettee Gupton of Henderson, NC; and his siblings, Thelma Edgerton of Baltimore, MD and Barry Edgerton of Louisburg, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
