He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Aycock and Erastus; and his siblings, Ila Holloman, Janice Gray Lassiter, Ann Weaver Beasley, Thurman Weaver, Kenneth Weaver and Jack Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Hill Weaver; his son Jeff Weaver (Patricia); his brother Jimmy Weaver; and his granddaughter Lauren Weaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
