She is survived by: her husband Phillips Hicks; her children, Caleb Keeter, Chris Yarborough, Deanna Hicks Privette and Melissa Harvey (Wayne); and her siblings, Marvin Smith, Vicki Wyse (David), Cindy Dickens (Rudy), Marion Ives (Randy) and Susan Emerson (Ralph).
