It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Duke of Louisburg, North Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Duke and Priscilla Rowe Duke; his wife Nell Burnette Duke; his siblings, Betty Jean Holmes and Coy Duke; and his nephew Duke Holmes.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda; his son-in-law Mark Shearon; his son Tom Chris; his daughter-in-law Renea Duke; his grandchildren, Charleigh Duke, Brooke Duke, Madison Wilkerson, Braxton Wilkerson, Jenny DePizzol (Jarrett) and Jonathan Shearon Love (Kristie); his great grandchildren, Kaleb Love, Kaylie Love and Kolton Love; his stepchildren, Phillip C. Burnette (Jean), Brenda B. Hunt and Wendy B. Bryant (Bob); his sisters, Diane Loftin and Dot Gupton (Wayne); and his sister-in-law Elaine Cottrell Duke.
