He was predeceased by: his parents, Isham Phillips and Mavis Phillips. He is survived by: his great great grandchild Jeremiah; his wife Linda B. Phillips; and his children, Jennifer Phillips and Timmy Phillips. He is also survived by 3 stepchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 9 step great-grandchildren, and 2 step great-great grandchildren.
