He was predeceased by: his parents, Royster T. Harris and Alice Hunt Harris; his brother Jimmy Harris; and his pet Boomer. He is survived by: his wife Rochelle Murray Harris; his sons, Michael Anthony Harris, Timmy Dale Harris and Chad Everrette Harris (Ashley); his grandchildren, Cameron Harris and Kameron Harris; and his siblings, Donald Harris (Glenda), Richard Harris (Swannie), Patsy Ayscue (W. G.) and Betty Sue Rice (John). He is also survived by nieces nephews and cousins.
Due to the pandemic and social distancing, the family plans to have a Celebration of life service to remember Royster at a later date.
