He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Alexander Baker Withey; and his daughter-in-law Margaret Withey. He is survived by: his children, Robert Roy Withey, Jr. and Robin LaCroix (Dale Davis) of Michigan; his stepdaughter Vickie Hyatt (Ronald); his grandchildren, Kelsey Withey, Angelia Shourd and James Hyatt; and his great grandchild Eli Hyatt.
