He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Emanuel and Patrile Collins Howe. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Marlene Peterson Howe; his children, Todd Howe, Scott Evan Howe (Shelley), David Lynn Howe and Lori Howe Yost (Verl); and his grandchildren, Brandy, Ashlie, Krystal, Sara, Daryll, Sean, Kayla, Alexas, Madison and Katie. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
