He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Garcia and Mary Venskus Garcia; his wife Sharron Ann Frost; his son Raymond Scott Garcia; and his grandson Geoffrey Robert Crumb.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Todd and Jennifer Beaman (Tracy); his grandchildren, Ashley Todd and Christopher Crumb; and his daughter-in-law Gloria Garcia.
