He is survived by: his children, Elder Philisa Woods (Stephen) of Wake Forest, NC and Phil Louis Sneed, Jr. (Tonya) of Louisburg, NC; and his siblings, Queen Esther Sneed of Franklinton, NC, Leontyne Marrow (General) of Louisburg, NC, Queen Elizabeth Sneed of Zebulon, NC, Priscilla Massenburg (Jamie) of Wake Forest, NC, Alexander Sneed (Annekia) of Smithfield, NC and Bruce Sneed (Ersula) of Zebulon, NC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
