He is survived by: his wife Kay Painter Tennant; his children, Alisa Tennant and Edward; his granddaughters, Amanda Mayfield, Elizabeth Dolson (Derick) and Alexis Tennant; his great grandchild Graham Dolson; and his siblings, Dan Tennant and Viva Lightner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
