She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Thomas Wilson and Annie Southerland Wilson; her brothers, Robert Thomas Southerland, Clyde Melvin Wilson, Carlton Avon Southerland, Garland Ray Southerland and Calvin Cornell Wilson; and her niece Unique Keeanna Wilson.

She is survived by: her son Bradley Lamont Southerland; and her siblings, Annie Bobbit of Louisburg, NC, Deborah Wilson (James) of Louisburg, NC, Bettie Wilson of Louisburg, NC and James Southerland (Lisa) of Henderson, NC. She is also survived by five nieces and three nephews; four great nieces and three great nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
