He is survived by: his wife Connie Jean Taylor Smith; his sons, Dale Bradberry (Lisa) and Christopher Smith; his grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Brandon Bradberry, Ryan Bradberry and Zachary Bradberry; his great grandchild Dawson; and his siblings, Willard Smith (Carolyn), Phillip Smith (Brenda), Connie Collins (Floyd), Alice Abbott (William), Cornelia Clark and Jewel Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
