He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Israel Leon and Edna Mae Reiss (Bruhl); his close friend Kelly; his wife Jacqueline Packard Reiss; his children, Keith Jackson Reiss, Walter Kevin Reiss (Jessica Heelah), Kelly Reiss Lee (Brian), Amanda Anderson (Matt) and Jessica Mogensen; his grandchildren, Will Samuel Lee, Mark Battle Lee, Sophia Fye, Flora Fye and Connor Heelah; and his brother Bart (Bit). He was also cherished by aunt and serval cousins.
