He was predeceased by: his father Mallie Curtis. He is survived by: his cousin Todd Holmes; his wife Ann Todd; and his daughters, Kay Peedin (Merle), Angie O'Neal (Tim) and Martie Sirois (Matt). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and his beloved rescue dog.
