She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Smith and Mozelle Leonard Smith; her husband Stanley Leonard Foster; her brothers, Harold Winston Smith and Phillip Michael Smith; and her nephew Harold Winston Smith Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Foster Bartholomew (Morty); her grandchildren, Carrie Bartholomew Bass (Rayndall) and Noah James Bartholomew (Meagan); her great grandchildren, Bennett Julian Bass and Cullen Foster Bass; her nephew Evan Smith; her brother P. H. Smith (Mary Sue); and her brother-in-law Rex Foster (Andree). She is also survived by her family and friends.
