He is survived by: his children, Elaine Vines, Lessie McKnight-Edwards (Robert), Anthony Jefferson (Bonnie) and Ruthie McKnight-Daniel (Devon). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and twelve great-great-grandchildren.
