He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James W. Duncan, Sr. and Mildred L. Duncan (Meadows); his wife Mary Ann Duncan (Bradshaw); his daughters, Virginia "Ginny" Duncan and Estalee Duncan; his grandson Jacob James Argueta; his brother Michael E. Duncan (Marsha Mouton); and his nephews, Jason Duncan (Kristy) and Shawn Duncan (Holly). He was also cherished by his family and friends.
