It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Blackwell (Louisburg, North Carolina), who passed away on June 6, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Howard S. Blackwell; his sister Brenda Blackwell Currin; and his parents-in-law, Hal and Marie Ferguson. He is survived by: his wife Wanda F. Blackwell; his siblings, Amy Malugen, Bess Reece (Stewart) and Paul Blackwell (Wanda); and his siblings-in-law, Timothy Wayne Ferguson (Mae), Bonnie Bryant of Samaria and Anita Privette (Jay) of Zebulon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and beloved extended family.
