Geraldine Owen Parsons Obituary

Geraldine (Gerry) Owen Parsons, 101, of Louisburg passed away peacefully at Franklin Oaks Nursing Home on March 20, 2025.

Gerry was predeceased by her parents, Carrie and Gerald Owen; her husband, Harold Parsons; and her sisters, Dora O. Threatt, Edna O. McMillan, and Edith O. McKinne.

Gerry is survived by her sister, Grace O. Leggett and many nieces and nephews.

Gerry was a faithful member at Louisburg United Methodist Church for over 40 years. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 1:30pm at Oakwood Cemetery, 1812 NC NC 39 Highway N., Louisburg, NC and will be officiated by Rev. Tuck Taylor.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Louisburg United Methodist Church, 402 N. Main St. Louisburg, NC 27549.
