He is survived by: his wife Judy Gayle Harper Cash; his sons, Van Cash (Jamie), Timmy Cash, Wes Harper (Marisela) and Lewis Crisp, Jr.; and his siblings, Jimmy Cash (Debbie), Neal Cash, Wayne Cash (Sindy Ann), Cathy Cash and Sandra Cash. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
