He is survived by: his spouse Leora T. Hayes; his daughter Diane Hayes Davis of Washington, DC; his sister Ossie Wilkins of Louisburg, NC; his grandchild Shawanna Davis of Washington, DC; his great grandchildren, Zenniah Davis, Zykeah Davis and Tarvis "Toby" Zion Best of Washington, DC; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Hayes of Woodbridge, VA and Odessa Hayes of Netonville, NJ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
