He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Alston and Jessie Kearney Alston. He is survived by: his wife Mamie Alston; his children, Antoinette Davis (Bryan), Kimberly A. Foster (Kevin), Roxanne Crews (Stephon), Andrea Alston, Traci Hill (Hampton) and Terrance Randolph; and his siblings, Jessie Baynard (Robert) and Edwin Blakeney (Dialya). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
