He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cooke of Louisburg, NC; his children, Cynthia Walker of Louisburg, NC, Catina Cooke of Louisburg, NC, Tony Cooke of Raleigh, NC and Milton Cooke of Louisburg, NC; and his siblings, Anna Burrell (Sam) of Raleigh, NC, Naomi Royster of Florida, Gladys Mae Perry (Claude) of Youngsville, NC, Robert Phil Cooke (Mary) of Louisburg, NC and Michael "Mac" Cooke (Cheryl) of Pilot, NC. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
