She was predeceased by: her son Samuel J. Pupperhead; her husband Jack Czerkas; and her father Stephen. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Baird Tompkins; her siblings, Robin Mazzerina and Keith Mazzerina (Stephanie); her children, Stephen Stromberg, Heather Stromberg-Robinson (Sean) and Jonathan Stromberg (Amy); her grandchildren, Riley Mazzerina, Mackenzie Stromberg, Kailey Stromberg and Sydney Robinson; her nephew Daniel Mazzerina; and her niece Jacqueline Mazzerina.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory be made to Saving Grace Animal Rescue.
