He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Alston-Kearney; his children, Juanetta Jones of Henderson, NC and Jonathan Kearney of Louisburg, NC; his mother Nellie Kearney of Henderson, NC; and his siblings, Debbie Kearney Scott of Henderson, NC, Larry Branch of Raleigh, NC and Wayne Kearney (Beatrice) of Louisburg, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
