He is survived by: his wife Marie Ayscue Boyette; his son Eddy L. Boyette, Jr. of Pittsburgh, PA; his brother Malvern Lee Boyette, Jr. of Pine Level, NC; his nephew Ted Boyette, Jr. (Fay); his nieces, Ava Parker (Z. B.) and Beth Boyette; and his great-nieces, Caroline and Allison Boyette.
