She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde W. Leonard and Iva O. Leonard (West); her husband William Earl Neal; her son David Lewis Neal; her brother Clyde "Pete" Leonard; and her grandson John Neal Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia "Pattie" Hunt, Kim Xander (Todd) and John Thomas "Tommy" Neal (Susan); her brothers, Philip Leonard (Frances) and Gary Leonard (Kay); her grandchildren, Catherine Otis (Nathanael), Elizabeth Hunt, Dawn Riggan (Johnny), Katie Neal Patton, John Neal, David Denton (Kandi) and William "Billy" Denton; and her sisters-in-law, Stella Arnold (Clay) and Myrna Neal. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations at be made to the American Heart Association, Centerville Baptist Church or a charity of your choice.
