He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Marshall Strickland Sr. and Norma Paige Liles Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Ward Strickland; his children, Chris Strickland (Laura Carrington), John Strickland (Alison) and Katie Strickland; his siblings, Eddy Strickland (Vickie) and Ivey Sue Strickland; and his grandchildren, Piper, Brady, Bradley, Theodora "Teddi", Tucker, River and Skyler. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Zebulon Baptist Church. (Please choose a specific mission).
