We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2023, at the age of 32, Courtney Nicole Bloodworth of Louisburg, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father David W. Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chase" Bloodworth; her sons, Cross and Brooks Bloodworth; her mother Pamela Rapp; her sister Michelle; her brother-in-law Patrick Fischer; her grandmother Mary Rapp; her parents-in-law, Sara Lynn and Mark Bloodworth; her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth and Tyler Seitz; and her nieces, Gweny, Alana and Kaylee Seitz. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and many dear and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions toward the college fund accounts set up for Courtney and Chase's sons, Cross and Brooks.
