He was predeceased by: his father Walter John Fay. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Farley; his children, Kelly Megert (Eric) and Daniel Brian Fay (Jamie); his grandchildren, Avery, Charleigh and Brooke; and his siblings, Barbara (Lorenzo), Carol (Ed) and Jean (Max).
