He is survived by: his children, Connie, Mary Dunston, Shawn of Louisburg, NC and Antoine Perry of Louisburg, NC; and his siblings, Azela Bryant of Spring Hope, NC, Joe Raymond Smith of Louisburg, NC and William Smith, Jr. of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
