Epps of Norlina, NC; his daughter Sheila Neal of Henderson, NC; his stepson Keith Epps of Henderson, NC; and his siblings, Douglas Williams (Stella) of Hillsborough, NC, Raymond Epps, Jr. of Louisburg, NC, James Earl (Debra) of Louisburg, NC, Lula Dunston (David) of Louisburg, NC and Barbara Williams of Boston, MA. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
