He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Sanderford; his daughters, Tammy Douglas (Greg) and Donna Rigsbee (David); his grandchildren, Allie Nichols (Jesse), Alex Douglas, Madison Davis and Tyler Douglas; his great grandchildren, Ashlen Nichols and Lily Nichols; his stepgrandsons, Andrew Rigsbee and Brandon Rigsbee; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Scarlett Rigsbee, Charles Sanderford (Barbara), Bobby Sanderford (Judy), Joel Sanderford Jr. (Helen), Patsy Yates and Mary Lou Duke (Lynwood). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
