He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Brodie Long; his daughters, Towanda Holder (Marshall) and Yolonda Long; his grandchildren, Makayla Holder and Ezra Long; his siblings, Christine Edgerton (Donnie), Peggy Sue Kamara (Robert), Wilburn "Earl" Long, Arthur Glenn Long and Charles Long; and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Moore, Princess Bullock, Shirley Evans, Donald Brodie, Jr. and David Brodie.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services Louisburg Chapel (804 N Bickett Blvd, Louisburg, NC 27549).
