She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Calvin Cook and Ethel Pauline Morgan Cook; and her son Gregory Kent Lilly. She is survived by: her significant other John "Terry" Hatley; her daughters, Melissa "Pety" Moore (Scott) of Monroe and Tammy Morgan (Dell) of Union Grove, NC; her grandchildren, Megan Van Wieren (Will), Charlie Love (Lauren), Jared Gallarini (Ava), Alex Moore and Jordan Lilly; her great grandchildren, Mya, Savannah, Cora, Evander and Indigo; and her siblings, Linda Pearce-Starnes, Hack Cook (Sue) and Cathy "Jaybird" Lapish (Junior). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
