He was predeceased by: his wife Caroleen Smith; and his sons, Michael Smith and Scott Smith. He is survived by: his son Marvin "Rickey" Smith (Brenda) of Locust; and his grandchildren, Brandon Smith and Leslie Stephens. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; two sisters and one brother.
