He is survived by: his wife Julia Aten of Locust; his children, Leah Litaker (Matt) of Hickory, Bryant Morrissette of Locust, Ryan Morrissette of Locust and Kody Aten (Lindsey) of Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Fenton Litaker, Karter Aten, Harlan Litaker and Greyson Aten; and his sisters, Bonnie Utter of Locust, Terrie Smacher (Tim) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Linda Fuller of Locust and Wilma Whitaker (Ed) of Locust. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
