She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Adam Helms and Emma Austin Helms; and her brother Marvin Helms. She is survived by: her husband George Wilson Dry, III of Locust; her children, Renda McGirt (Tim) of Mt. Pleasant, Rena Dry of Albemarle and George Dry, IV of Locust; her granddaughters, Amanda Lyerly and DeAnna Taylor; her great grandchildren, Klarissa Lyerly, Clinton Lyerly and Abigail Kosinski; and her brother Billy Joe Helms.
