He is survived by: his girlfriend Margaret Suzanne Boutwell of Locust; his children, Amber Mullis, Francesca Lambert and Adam Lambert; his uncles, Richard Lambert, Leonard Lambert, Jerry Lambert and Ray Lambert; his aunt Margaret Smith; and his sisters, Tracy Lewis and Sherrie Hatley.
