He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clayton Efird and Vallie Broadway Efird; and his sister Joyce Efird. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Collins Efird of Locust; his children, Becky Efird Tidd (Jeff Tidd, Jr.), Jessie Efird of Rockwell and Amy Efird of Locust; his brother William Efird (Valerie) of Concord; his grandson Jeffrey Tidd, III; his niece Tammy Efird; his nephews, Devin Efird (Melina Sears) and Billy Efird; and his aunts and uncles, Wade Broadway (Phyllis) of Concord, C. T. Broadway (Peggy) of Concord, Margie Efird of Stanfield, Linda Braswell (Fred) of Charlotte and Sue Broadway of Concord. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews; 3 great-great nieces and nephews.
