He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Hampton Hatley and Annie Lee Hatley; his brother Wallace Allen Hatley; and his stepdaughter Barbara Lowe Eutsler. He is survived by: his wife Dedria Hatley; his daughters, Lisa Lowder (Jeff) and Lynn Moose (Craig); his brother Justin Lowe; his stepchildren, Cynthia Dannun (Imad) and Richard Lowe (Stephanie); his siblings, Judy Hatley Tucker (Larry Clements) and Donald Lee Hatley (Myra); his aunt Jewell Thompson; and his cousin Joann Bullins. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
