We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2023, at the age of 61, Cynthia Phillips Estep of Locust, North Carolina, born in Richmond, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Arthur Phillips and Emma Olene Poindexter Phillips; and her sister Wendie Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Earl Estep; her son Aaron Michael Estep (Kayley Alexa Skantz) of Oakland, CA; her brothers, Troy Arthur Phillips III (Vivian) of Dundee, NY and Charles Timothy "Tim" Phillips (Linda) of Amelia, VA; her nieces, Terri, Cathy and Diane; and her nephew Tim.
