It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Whitley Dry of Locust, North Carolina, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reather Rayvon Whitley and Nellie Hinson Whitley; and her grandson Logan Dry. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Dry; her sons, Malcolm Dry of Albemarle and Gene Dry of Albemarle; her sister Doris Shaver of Albemarle; and her grandchildren, Leighton Dry, Hailey Dry and Alexis Dry.
