She was predeceased by: her parents, Gatha Gray Austin and Ramelle Teeter Austin. She is survived by: her siblings, Cathy Ann Austin of Locust, Tony Austin (Cathy) of Locust and Dale Austin (Cathy) of Locust; her son Richard Chadwick Polk (Kim) of Concord; and her grandchildren, Gracyn Polk, McKenna Polk and Landon Polk of Concord.
