She is survived by: her husband Bobbie Ray Anstead, Sr.; her children, Damian O'neil Silver, Sr. (Ashley) of Enfield, NC and Tammy Anstead of Littleton, NC; her grandsons, Damian O'neil Silver, Jr. and Bobbie RayQuan Silver; her mother Annie R. Francis of Warrenton, NC; and her sisters, Angela Francis of Hollister, NC, Annie Francis of Mebane, NC and Donna Francis of North Chicago, IL. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and loyal friends.
