She is survived by: her sister Minta Williford Cadger of Fredericksburg; her children, James Earl Perkinson, Jr. of Suffolk, Virginia and Jo Anne Daniels (Jerry) of Littleton; her daughter-in-law Sandy Perkinson of Smithfield; and also Billie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
