She was predeceased by: her parents, Sergeant Hornsby and Laura Hornsby. She is survived by: her husband Scott West of Littleton; her children, Jamie Pernell (Brandon) of Afton and Joshua West (Dana) of Littleton; her grandsons, Layton Pernell, Lawson Pernell, Tate Pernell, Mason West and McCoy West; and her siblings, Kathy Evans of Littleton, DeWayne Hornsby (Sharon) of Hot Springs, WV, Raymond Tyler and Jerry Tyler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that memorials be directed to Enterprise Baptist Church.
